Cancellation Policy

Each class requires a minimum of 5 participants to run. If fewer than 5 are registered for a given date, that day’s class will be canceled, and a partial refund will be issued for that session only (e.g., 1/4 of the full series price). The 4-week series will continue as scheduled and will not be extended. Cancellation by Participant: Your registration holds your spot for all 4 weeks. Please note: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. If something urgent comes up, please contact me directly. While refunds for missed sessions aren’t guaranteed, I’ll always do my best to work with you if possible. If you cancel your registration before the first class, you may request a full refund by contacting me directly: farmerteamaker@gmail.com Attendance & Timing: Please arrive a few minutes early to ground and settle in. Class begins promptly. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to wait or join quietly to respect the group flow. Kids & Babies: Babes in arms and young children are welcome! A small area in the studio will be set up for kids to hang out, play, or rest during class. Please note this is not a daycare space—there won’t be direct supervision provided, so children will need to be able to entertain themselves or stay nearby. We kindly ask that kids are able to participate in a way that honors the space and allows the group to stay focused. This is your time—whether you're a mama or a parent—and you deserve to be here fully. I’ll have my own babe with me too, and this space is meant to be loving and relaxed, where families can show up as they are and not have to worry about childcare. Let’s support one another in making this a nourishing, easeful experience for everyone.
